As I walked into Bab Al Shams... I noticed what I was walking on was not a carpet.... it was a painting!! I fell in love with it and just had to share this with you....
I've featured a lot of paintings on walls.... here is paintings on the floor!!

Looks lovely...I have seen a few homes in hyderabad where women paint beautiful rangoli - borders and a centerpiece in any room they possibly can!! :-). The front door Chaukat included

Colourful.. for a minute there, I thought the designs resemble Andhra's pochampalli weaves. But on closer look, they look very different.
