Don’t miss my entrance way featured on
of Peacocks & Paiselys… A few weekends ago… I found this…
I don’t know if you remember the
before pictures. The intention was to cut off this trunk completely and replace it with a fountain or a tall bird bath…
Till I found this gorgeous, gorgeous piece!!! Which is now on the trunk at the entrance of my home. I’m linking to
Show & Tell Friday and
Funky Junk Interiors.
At some point I want to colour the birds… What do you think?
thats real gorgeous piece and yes I also think colouring the birds will highlight them as now in all white somewhere they are lost. loved your house and the entrance at Gagan's place. will borrow those stencil butterflies on the staircase idea once am ready to build my own house Pat.
ReplyDeleteSo very cute.I wish I had a garden and could put in a bird-bath too.Painting is a good idea but i like them white too.Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteLovely birds..I still like them in the natural stone kinda finish...they are sooooo cute!!
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely...and i loved the entry way feature by Gagan as well...i made a bird bath/feed...would have loved something like this!!
ReplyDeleteDon't colour them. They're prettier like this!
ReplyDeleteAwesome bird bath, I would leave them un-colored, they look good as they are.
ReplyDeleteits lovely Pats! i like the birds just the way they are..but you never know..how they will look after being colored..considering you are so good at coloring stuff and making them look spectacular! Have i confused you?
ReplyDeleteThat just looks so cute, hope birds do and come and bathe, wouldnt that be awesome!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love it! There are so many bird baths and not all are effective and attractive to birds, but I think yours is PERFECT!
ReplyDeletebeautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteInterested me when you publish the photos that I sent you?
Regards:)
