Diwali - test run *smiles*

I love doing test runs of the stuff I put up… Only coz I know exactly how it looks and where I’d like to see it.. In time for Diwali, I did a few quick mix & match sessions… Raiding my treasure cabinet to find stuff I’ve not used for a long time… then a few stones… and these flowers from my 8 year olds cabinet (coz we don’t pluck flowers… both girls have one stem each in their cabinets)… and a candle..
And voila !! is my Diwali centre piece!!
No I’m not that convinced … so I went on to try a few more… (showing them off to you tomorrow)
I’ll share an idea…. that was a huge success among our guests…
This IKEA bucket doesn’t cost much… on a pillar or table… with some ice and loads of drinks…
It was perfect… You didn’t have to look for a drink… it was right there sticking its face out at you…
I’m linking in to these lovely blog parties…. Just a reminder that the Weekend Wrap Up Party starts on Monday… and lasts for 3 days.. I’d like to see you all join in..
And here is also wishing you guys a joyful Diwali preparation…
