In my garden…

I wish I had a magic wand… I’d use it to sort out my house… And imagine, everything would be in place, perfectly… beautifully… *sigh* it’s still beautiful… just randomly beautiful!! Rather… beautiful in my eyes… in its own way *smiles*

In my garden… is a collection of things… I’ve randomly purchased… or been gifted… no theme, no thought… nothing… just random beauties!!

I thought the angels would be magical… but I’m still waiting …

I haven’t found a perfect place for these angels as yet… they are powered by solar energy so need enough direct sunlight during the day…

I love these two, cute frogs… I’ve got a cabinet full of more frogs, elves, butterflies, birds, squirrels to place around in my garden.. I'm waiting for an appropriate time *smiles*

And this is my Zen corner … Most mornings are made beautiful when I sit in front of Him and sip my coffee… Someday He will start talking to me… I’m convinced.. I’ve put off the DIY that I wanted to do with this log… someday… I’ll make it into a beautiful candle holder…

And as it gets darker… the little lamps… light up my life…

Weekend bliss..

So how is your weekend?? This weekend was filled with cleaning, clearing.. There is a massive amount of junk that I need to get rid of prior to making a proper dekor plan….

Decorating a table is truly like painting a canvas… I’m no good at either… for me beautiful tables are simply made of flowers or candles…

The glass vase actually belongs to my friend, Sonja… This weekend, I decided it needs to stand tall on my table..

Oh… and finally I now have a round dinner table. I’ve been wanting one for the longest time… Little things can make me happy – round dining table, a few flowers.. and a few candles.. More pics of the dining table to follow… *smiles*

oh... my home!!

Since we returned from Malaysia, I’ve been sorting, clearing, de-cluttering… And finally after a week…. my home now looks more like ‘a home’ and has finally lost its warehouse charm.. *wink*

I’ve still got one more cabinet and the kitchen to sort out… but that can wait till next weekend.

In the meanwhile… I’m going to invite you for a ‘dekor discussion’ next week… Show off some of my white walls… And am sure all those who know me are probably thinking I’m drunk… No.. no.. I’m not!!! Just enjoy the white bare walls… while they last… Hopefully I’m going to get it sorted (in some way) soon!!
